Performance Duration

• The performance is scheduled to last approximately 90 minutes. Please note that the actual running time may vary depending on the progress of the show.

Admission & Seating

• All seats are reserved. Please sit in the seat assigned on your ticket.
• If you arrive after the performance has started, entry may be temporarily delayed for production reasons. Please follow the guidance of venue staff upon entry.
• Due to production requirements, entry, exit, or seat movement during the show may be restricted. Please follow staff instructions at all times.

Performance Rules & Etiquette

• The use of light-emitting cheering items—such as glow sticks, penlights, and glowing fans—is strictly prohibited during the performance.
• Please turn off cell phones, smartphones, smartwatches, and alarms, or set them to silent/vibration mode.
• Please refrain from behavior that may disturb others, including private conversations, shouting/calling out to performers, or making loud noises.
• Leaving your assigned seat, rushing toward the stage, or blocking aisles is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents and injuries. Please remain in your designated seat throughout the show.
• Eating and drinking in the seating area are not permitted.
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited once the performance begins.

Venue Neighborhood Etiquette

• Please avoid behavior around the venue that obstructs traffic or causes inconvenience to local residents and businesses. In particular, please refrain from gathering or lingering near the venue before or after the performance.

Important Notes Regarding Tickets

• *Preschool-aged children are not permitted to enter.
• *If applications exceed capacity, tickets will be allocated by lottery.
• *You may modify or cancel your application during the designated application period.
• *The applicant’s name will be printed on the ticket. Please ensure you apply under the name of the attendee.

• *Tickets must be acquired strictly through official sales channels (the event organizer or authorized ticketing platforms). • *If fraudulent activity or unauthorized ticket transfers are suspected, you may be required to verify your identity upon entry.

Important Notes Regarding Screenings & Talk Shows

Seating & Tickets

• *All seats are reserved (assigned seating). You will not be admitted without a valid ticket for the specific session.
• *Specific seat selection is not available.
• *Tickets are required for children aged 3 and older. Children under 3 years of age who require their own seat will also need a valid ticket (no ticket required if sitting on a parent or guardian's lap).
• *Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, theft, or damage. Please keep your ticket in a safe place.

Changes, Cancellations & Resale

• *Performers and event details are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Ticket refunds or exchanges will not be provided for changes in cast or program details.
• *No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted for personal reasons after purchase.
• *Purchasing, transferring, or reselling tickets for profit (including via online auctions, ticket platforms, or unauthorized resellers) is strictly prohibited.
• *Resold tickets will be rendered invalid, and admission will be denied with no refund provided.

Identity Verification & Venue Entry

• *ID checks may be conducted at entry to verify the ticket holder's name. Please bring a valid photo ID on the day of the event.
• *If you arrive after the program has started, entry may be temporarily delayed for production or safety reasons. Please follow the guidance of venue staff.

Venue Etiquette & Prohibited Conduct

• *Please remain seated during both the screening and the talk show.
• *Turn off mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, and electronic devices, or set them to silent mode.
• *To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, the use of penlights, glow sticks, fans, or cheering boards, as well as loud conversation or seat-kicking, is strictly prohibited.
• *Photography, video recording, and audio recording using any device (including smartphones and cameras) are strictly prohibited during screenings and talk shows. Anyone found engaging in these activities will be asked to delete the recorded media and leave the venue. Unauthorized filming may result in the suspension of the performance. Please notify staff immediately if you observe suspicious behavior.

Guests Requiring Accessibility Accommodations

• *Guests using wheelchairs are requested to contact the venue in advance. Wheelchair-accessible seating is limited; depending on availability, you may be asked to transfer to a standard seat.
